I worked with an ex-Google executive to help visualize his concept for coming up with a series of Hub sites including topics such as health and wellness, entertainment and cooking/recipes. This hub site pertained to health and wellness and focused on building communities around various health concerns and issues. Working remotely with an information architect, I used the personae that he developed through his research to assist in fleshing out the visual design look and feel and nomenclature as well as the overall identity for the hub. This identity included the brand colors used on the site as well as the logo mark and logotype. Within the site itself, my visual design duties were to clarify for the users an at a glance immediacy where they were on the site: just arriving on the homepage, logged into the homepage, logged into their community, not logged in to their community. The goal was to provide a consistent and clear user experience.
